1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of shashankpatil.in (the “Website”) and to any purchase of digital products, such as ebooks, from Wisdom Ed. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
We sell digital products, mainly ebooks in PDF format, written by Shashank Patil. Each product page describes the content, format and price. No physical item is shipped.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking or other methods offered at checkout. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
4. Delivery
After a successful payment, you receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email, usually within a few minutes. Please see our Delivery Policy for details.
5. Licence to use
When you buy an ebook, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, distribute or publish the ebook or any part of it, in any form, without written permission. All content remains the intellectual property of Shashank Patil / Wisdom Ed.
6. Refunds
Because ebooks are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are limited. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Nature of the content
Our ebooks and training materials share ideas and practices for personal and professional growth. They are for general educational purposes, do not promise specific results, and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
8. Training programs
Workshops and training programs for colleges, institutions and companies are governed by the separate proposal or agreement signed with the client.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
