Digital products (ebooks)
Our ebooks are digital products delivered instantly after payment. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once the ebook has been delivered, except in the situations below.
When we will refund you
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Non-delivery: you paid but did not receive the download link, and we are unable to deliver the ebook within 48 hours of you contacting us.
- Faulty file: the file is damaged or will not open, and we are unable to send you a working copy.
How to request a refund
Email wisdomed9@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will reply within 2 working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay, and usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
As delivery is instant, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. If a payment fails or is left incomplete, no order is created and any amount deducted by your bank is normally reversed automatically by the bank.
Training programs
Cancellations and refunds for workshops and training programs follow the terms agreed in the proposal or agreement with the client.
