Soft skills trainer, coach, author and founder of Wisdom Ed. For 30 years, first in sales and then in training, my work has been about one thing: helping people discover what they are capable of, and act on it.
From sales leader to coach
For more than a decade I headed the Direct Sales Programme at The Times of India, training thousands of young people to sell newspaper subscriptions. That work earned me the Chairman’s Award for Excellence from The Times Group, and a Certificate of Appreciation from The Times of India at its RMD Conference 2010 in Paris. It also taught me how much results depend on confidence, communication and the beliefs people carry about themselves.
I have been a lifelong student of leaders in personal transformation, including Anthony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Jack Canfield, John Maxwell, Robin Sharma, Bob Proctor and Brendon Burchard. I founded Wisdom Ed to bring practical soft skills training to students, teachers and working professionals.
I also learned some of these lessons the hard way. As a student, a habit of skipping lectures delayed my science degree by years. It taught me that our habits and beliefs, not our ability, usually decide our results, and that both can be changed. That idea runs through everything I teach and write, including my book REWIRED!.
