Inspired by leaders like Anthony Robbins and Brian Tracy, he refines coaching methodologies. As the driving force behind Wisdom Ed, he introduced signature programs like “Sailing in Selling” at Axis Bank’s Andheri branch and UNITY SMALL FINANCE BANK, alongside acclaimed programs at institutions like Don Bosco Institute of Technology. Certified in NLP and as an Executive and Life Coach, Shashank is committed to impactful training in sales, soft skills, and leadership for Millennials and GenZ.
